Submission Method
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it'll be published in the conference proceedings. Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.
Only full paper will be accepted for the review process and all submissions must be done through Email:icieee.goa@outlook.com. Please contact icieee.goa@outlook.com if you have any questions about submitting your manuscripts.
All submissions should be written in English with a paper length of minimum four (4) including figures.

All papers must be formatted and at least 1 author of accepted papers must be registered to the conference as presenter in order to appear in the proceedings.
Important Deadline
Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers by the deadline, for publication in the ICIEEE 2017 Conference Proceedings and for oral presentation during the conference.

Registration
At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register with an author registration, even if a student.
One person can only register 3 papers total at most.
Student Rate is only for students who attached their student' ID card copy when register and is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors.
